🔐 Authentication Errors

Invalid Credentials

Solution: Double-check your email and password. Make sure caps lock is off and you're using the correct account.
Account Temporarily Locked
Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 15 minutes.
Solution: Wait 15 minutes before trying again. This is a security measure to protect your account.
Account Deactivated
Your account has been deactivated due to security concerns. Please contact support.
Solution: Contact support to reactivate your account. This usually happens after 10 failed login attempts.
Session Expired
Your login session has expired. Please sign in again.
Solution: Simply sign in again with your credentials. Sessions expire after 24 hours for security.

📝 Registration Errors

Email Already Exists
An account with this email address already exists. Please use a different email or try signing in.
Solution: Try signing in instead, or use a different email address for registration.
Invalid Email Format
Please enter a valid email address (e.g., user@example.com).
Solution: Make sure your email includes an @ symbol and a domain (e.g., .com, .org, .net).
Password Too Weak
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Solution: Create a stronger password with at least 8 characters including:
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)

Solution: Check your internet connection and try again. The app works offline once loaded.
Request Timeout

Solution: Try the operation again. If it continues to timeout, refresh the page.

Access Denied
